Working with Pfizer Canada and Alesse, we wanted to create a cause marketing campaign that would help young women realize their unlimited potential. To help them be even more than they thought possible on every level. So we created a campaign that encouraged and supported young women to be more in everything they do. To never settle. On anything. Because young women should be #NothingLess.
And we know that every young woman could use a little help, a little advice, and a little inspiration in getting there. That’s exactly what #NothingLess provided. It was a full-day, on campus event at McGill University and Concordia for young women to learn to aim higher, to be #NothingLess, from mentors who have already done just that, and achieved impressive goals. These 1-on-1 speed mentoring sessions took place where students spent 10 minutes with local industry leaders from sectors including Advertising, Aerospace, Arts, Entertainment, Health/Wellness, Finance, and Pharma.
What did we change? The highly-attended launch event inspired students to feel empowered and encouraged: 95% felt inspired after their mentoring sessions and 92% found the mentoring sessions useful.
