HEATHER MCKELVEY

Director of Client Service and Account Director
QUOTE

“There’s two types of people in this world, faucets and drains, and I want to be a faucet.” – David Price

STORY

Master of Business Administration – Sobey School of Business

Bachelor of Commerce, McGill University, Strategy and Accounting

JOB

Director of Client Service. I work with my teammates to make sure we are meeting and exceeding client needs in every capacity and that everything we produce is moving the needle on important social issues. As an Account Director, you’ll find me coordinating, collaborating, researching, strategizing, problem solving, number-crunching, even hovering (you can ask Stephanie all about the Heather Hover) from project orientation to project wrap-up. Internally and externally, it’s all about teamwork and communication and I love both.

SUPER POWER FOR SOCIAL CHANGE

The Cooler. Change is exciting, but it can also be stressful – new ideas, tight timelines, complex stakeholder relations, multiple approvals, last minute changes – I make sure everyone stays calm, cool and collected when things heat up.
